May 30th 2018 we coordinated a beautiful fundraiser and Menstrual Hygiene Day panel event for Hope and Dreams Initiative at Center for Social Innovation. It was hosted by the Kota Alliance and in collaboration with BeGirl and Days for Girls. The speakers discussed global menstrual taboos, policies and how we can all get involved to smash the shame around periods. Our panel consisted of inspiring change-makers and advocates such as Jennifer Weiss-Wolf, Damaris Lewis, Liliana Tandon, David Brand and Nguzo Ogodo.
